Progress Report March 1, 2025

Progress?

February was a good solid month of six days a week workouts. My general plan is at least three days a week straight bodybuilding work, another two days of heavy kettlebell work, and one day a week for light kettlebell work for active recovery. Perhaps there is a little visible progress in the above photos I took today. As of Saturday, March 1st:

  • waist circumference: 37″ (down .5″ since last month)
  • body fat: 34.0% (up 3% from last month – not very excited about that)
  • body weight: 233.4 lbs. (gain of about 3 lbs)

I did start adding 30 minutes of walking after my noon meals for most days of the week, and I did continued to take my first meal at around 8 am instead of closer to 1130 or 12 like I planned to do last month. I also started adding in more strong man cardio sessions for the past week or so. That being high intensity work with burpees and kettlebells. I’m thinking that for the month of March it’s time to call out the big guns – prayer and fasting. I’ll keep you posted.
