The Word of God Brings Peace
49 Remember the word unto thy servant, upon which thou hast caused me to hope.
50 This is my comfort in my affliction: for thy word hath quickened me.
51 The proud have had me greatly in derision: yet have I not declined from thy law.
52 I remembered thy judgments of old, O Lord; and have comforted myself.
53 Horror hath taken hold upon me because of the wicked that forsake thy law.
54 Thy statutes have been my songs in the house of my pilgrimage.
55 I have remembered thy name, O Lord, in the night, and have kept thy law.
56 This I had, because I kept thy precepts. Psalm 119:49-56 (KJV)
The Morning Exhortation
It can be hard to maintain your chilly in a world full of people who are like hot pots ready to boil over. Turn all, hear the good news….Jesus Christ our Lord lives, and He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Trust in God is the key to inner peace. While the essential faithful mix for the Christian life is this: facts to be believed, commands to be obeyed, and promises to be enjoyed. Cast your worries upon the Lord because He cares for you, and He will keep you in perfect peace. What is it that ails you? Pray and ask for whatever it is that grace must do for you. Utterly refuse to doubt the goodness of God, and according to your faith will it be done to you. This is the rule and the only limit. (Proverbs 22:24-25; Ephesians 4:17-32; Romans 12:17-21; Proverbs 22:17-21; Hebrews 4:12-16; Matthew 17:19-20; Revelation 3:14-22; Jeremiah 31:31-34; John 14:12-27; John 20:21-22; Psalm 40:1-8; Revelation 22:20-21)

The Prayer Appointed for This Week
Almighty Father who gave your only Son to die for our sins and to rise for our justification: Give me grace so to put away the leaven of malice and wickedness, that I may always serve you in pureness of living and truth; through Jesus Christ your Son my Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen. The Book of Common Prayer
