If you didn’t need sleep, what would you do with all the extra time?
Sacrifice the lesser to obtain the greater. Few things will be more important in 10 years than having gotten your 8 hours of muscle building beauty sleep each night. Sleep is anabolic and restores the soul. There will be times when sleep must be sacrificed, but let those be the rare exceptions and not the daily routine. A far better way to gain more time is to turn off the television and unplug from social media.
Psalm 127:2: It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep.
