Proclaim the Greatness of Our God
5 Exalt ye the Lord our God, and worship at his footstool; for he is holy. 6 Moses and Aaron among his priests, and Samuel among them that call upon his name; they called upon the Lord, and he answered them. 7 He spake unto them in the cloudy pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the ordinance that he gave them. 8 Thou answeredst them, O Lord our God: thou wast a God that forgavest them, though thou tookest vengeance of their inventions. 9 Exalt the Lord our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the Lord our God is holy. Psalm 99:5-9 (KJV)
Morning Exhortation
The fact that we love God only because He first loved us is one of the grand mysteries of the gospel. Better to humbly accept it rather than try to explain it. Today is a good day to reset your gratitude meter to full. Green will always be made a little greener, and blue always a little bluer, with true appreciation. This too is an undeserved gift from God.

The Prayer Appointed for This Week from the Book of Common Prayer
Almighty and merciful God, it is only by your gift that your faithful people offer you true and laudable service: Grant that I may run without stumbling to obtain your heavenly promises; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
